Configure Once, Deploy Everywhere

Build reusable Meta Group templates and compose them into versioned Specifications — configure once and deploy across all relevant products without touching code.

Rows for Every Reading

The Simple Table layout arranges data as an editable grid — each column a parameter, each row a time point or sample — built for hourly readings and multi-point measurement series.

Fields That Calculate Themselves

Formula-driven parameters auto-calculate from other fields in the same worksheet — derived values appear instantly on save, no spreadsheets or manual math required.

QC Worksheets, One Click Away

QC and QA worksheets surface directly inside the QCA module — operators see test records, spec limits, and actuals together without switching systems.

What It Does

Industrial Worksheets provides a single configurable engine for every data collection form in the plant — from shift sign-offs to equipment audits to hourly sensor logs. Administrators define reusable parameter templates called Meta Groups, compose them into versioned Specifications, and update them without touching individual screens.

Meta Groups & Specifications

Administrators define reusable parameter templates (Meta Groups) with data types, units, limits, and formulas, then compose them into versioned Specifications. Update a Meta Group and increment the version; the change propagates to every Specification referencing it — no individual screen changes needed.

Three Layout Types

Simple Group renders a stacked form for single-event records like shift sign-offs. Multi Group shows multiple parameter groups side-by-side for equipment checks combining operational and safety readings. Simple Table produces an editable grid for hourly sensor series and multi-row time-series observations.

Formula Engine & Audit Trail

Derived parameters calculate from formula expressions stored in the Meta Group definition. Every status change and field modification writes a field-level before/after audit record. Required fields block submission; status transitions are validated server-side across the New → Active → Complete → Hold → Inactive lifecycle.

QCA & Shift Integration

From QCA Home, QC-WS and QA-WS modes open the Worksheet Manager filtered to quality categories. Shift-linked worksheets feed the Shift Dashboard readiness check — the shift report cannot close until all required worksheets for that shift reach Completed status.
