On-Prem Agentic AI
Delivered to Your Plant. Tested in Your Operation.
We bring a NVIDIA DGX Spark appliance to your facility, configure it to work with your MOM/MES, and let it run in your operation. If it delivers value, you keep it on a subscription. If it doesn't, you return it. No long-term commitment, no risk.
What's in the Box
One appliance. Multiple capabilities. Sized for a single plant or production line.
NVIDIA DGX Spark
CUDA-accelerated AI inference and embedding generation on dedicated hardware.
Serves 1-8 Users
One appliance handles your shift leaders, planners, operators, and quality team concurrently.
MQTT Client
Reads your Unified Namespace in real time. Analyzes signals as they flow through the plant.
Agentic AI Brain
Operates as the AI surface for your MOM/MES — answers, recommendations, planning assistance.
Data Sovereignty
Your operational data never leaves the box. No cloud round-trips, no third-party inference.
Sub-Second Latency
Decisions happen at the resolution your plant operates at. No network hop between question and answer.
How the Trial Works
We've built this program around one principle: you shouldn't have to commit to AI infrastructure before you've seen it deliver in your operation.
We Bring the Box
We ship and install the DGX Spark appliance at your facility. Setup typically takes a single visit.
We Configure for Your MFX
The box is integrated with your existing MFX (or other MOM/MES) data sources, your Unified Namespace, and your operational data model.
You See It Deliver Value
Your team uses the agentic AI for real work for a defined trial period. Planning queries, anomaly explanations, quality lookups, exception triage.
Decide
At the end of the trial, you either subscribe to the service and keep the box, or return it. No strings attached.
Why On-Prem Matters
For process and hybrid manufacturers, AI without sovereignty is a non-starter.
Your Data Stays Yours
Recipes, tank states, customer orders, quality results — none of it leaves your premises. The AI agent reasons against your data locally, without cloud round-trips or third-party inference.
Sub-Second Latency
A planning query that round-trips to a cloud provider takes 1.5-3 seconds. The same query on a local DGX Spark box returns in under 500ms. For control-room workflows, that gap matters.
Smaller Attack Surface
No outbound AI traffic. No third-party LLM endpoints in your network audit. The box runs inside your security perimeter, behind your existing controls.
Predictable Cost
No per-token billing surprises, no bandwidth charges, no escalating cloud-AI costs as your team uses it more. The subscription is fixed and known.

A quick introduction to how we work with process and hybrid manufacturers — the operational platform we ship today, the AI-Native build coming next, and the on-prem trial program you can use to evaluate both.
SparkBroker — GPU-Based MQTT Broker
Alongside the on-prem AI offering, we're developing SparkBroker — a novel GPU-accelerated MQTT broker built on the same DGX Spark architecture. SparkBroker processes up to 27 million MQTT messages per second with thresholding, or 5 million per second with in-flight signal-analysis algorithms like sliding Fourier transform. The future of real-time industrial sensor anomaly detection.
